We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your Priority Vape shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of delivery date receipt by writing to [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping to be eligible for a replacement order. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged during shipping.
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date receipt for review.
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.
