All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 3 days of delivery date receipt by writing to [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping to be eligible for a replacement order. Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged during shipping.
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, all sales are final unless otherwise specified.
